Dale detailed everything we needed to know and made sure we could key in our code and enter and exit the facility easily. The facility is close, convenient, extremely clean, and very fair priced compared to other storage facilities in the area. Thanks, Dale, for the professional and courteous service. Dale bent over backwards to get me a storage unit asap. I went to do paperwork and Dale was so nice and explained everything to me and even showed me where my unit was. This is by far the cleanest nicest storage place I have ever rented.

Looks brand new, very nice and clean facility. The new manager has been super helpful and respectful. Definitely one of the nicer storage facilities in town.

Signature Storage has awesome customer service. They make it so easy to sign up and reserve your unit online and they have special sign up deals too. They are reasonably priced and super sweet and kind. I highly recommend storing your extra goods here. You won’t be disappointed. I finally started getting my storables into my unit and Oh my gracious! This place is the NICEST cleanest storage place I have ever in my life experienced. I love this place! I had the best experience possible their storage units were very spacious for what I needed, love having good security so I know my unit is always safe, the staff is always super sweet and very helpful they answered all of my questions when I’m move back to Tennessee I will surely get a unit to hold my storage in because there is no better place I would go too.

I have been renting a unit since the first day they opened and have been more that pleased with the facility. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean and well maintained. I have come at all hours and love the gate access as well as how safe it feels due to the great lighting they have installed.

Everyone here helps you through the difficult times of storage. We sold our house without having another to go so we needed four units! Stacy , the manager , John, the owner , and Naomi were the best customer service orientated team I have ever seen! The units are so very clean and easily accessible, plus they help you at every turn. Excellent experience. Needed to rent a fairly large unit to accommodate possessions during a move. The clerk who waited on me was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. The unit met all expectations and was highly convenient.
